The Best Looks From the 2025 Billboard Women in Music Awards

Last night in Inglewood, California, the 2025 Billboard Women in Music Awards honored women who are innovating and shaping the music industry—so it was no surprise that some of the buzziest stars of the moment hit the red carpet. With performers like Doechii, Tyla, and Gracie Abrams in attendance, the annual affair recognized some of the most in-demands acts of the moment come out for the celebratory affair. Even better yet, many of the nominees and performers showed up in style, taking the evening as an opportunity to deliver a bold fashion statement.

From minimal and sleek to more flamboyant offerings, the red carpet looks ran the gamut last night. Suki Waterhouse, for one, slipped into a whimsical spring 2025 look by Valentino designer Alessandro Michele; The sheer-top gown featured a sequined and embroidered floral skirt, complete with an Old Hollywood-style faux fur shawl. Speaking of Old Hollywood glamour, Victoria Monet opted for a plunging sweetheart-neckline gown by LaQuan Smith, though the netted skirt made it feel fresh. Jennie gravitated towards a similar silhouette in her red Zuhair Murad dress, with a lip to match.

Tyla, meanwhile, opted for sheer drama in her laced Jean Paul Gaultier Couture gown with exposed briefs. (Naked dresses aren’t going anywhere in Hollywood, it seems). There were even some unexpected archival wins, too. Doechii looked to a sheer black Donna Karan slip from 2014, and it felt just as current and modern today.
