Fashion Valley continues to expand with five openings, three of which are newcomers to the San Diego market – Princess Polly, Purificación García and Kurt Geiger.

Australian fashion brand Princess Polly, known for its influencer-driven collections, is now open, along with the popular lifestyle brand Aritzia

Purificación Garcia, offering women’s wear and accessories, along with Kurt Geiger, the luxury British brand known for its statement footwear, will arrive by year’s end.

in addition, a newly expanded and reimagined Prada boutique is slated to open soon at the Mission Valley shopping center, owned by Simon Property Group.

“Recent retail openings and upgrades have transformed the center, offering an upgraded experience for visitors and retailers alike,” said Bob Doherty, general manager at Fashion Valley.

In August, Fashion Valley welcomed two additional first-to-market stores: the watch company, Tudor and lifestyle brand Zimmermann

The center completed a multimillion-dollar revitalization earlier this year, which included a complete upgrade of all public areas, including facades, landscaping and customer amenities.

Additionally, a new mixed-use redevelopment by AMLI Residential is planned at the site of the JC Penney store that is closing next year. It will include 100,000 square feet for new retailers and dining, along with 850 luxury multi-family residences.

Work is expected to begin on the project in 2025 and be complete the following year.
