DAWSON, Ga. (WALB) – Over the next few weeks we transition to the diamond. Terrell Academy the state champions a season ago off to a strong start. None stronger than senior Jack Douglas.
Douglas hit for the cycle on Tuesday night against Southland Academy. Many baseball players will never accomplish the feat, and to make the night even more special, the homerun was a grand slam.
The Eagles are off to another good start replacing a top class of eight seniors. They will rely on Douglas to make another run at a title. Terrell will travel to Damascus to take on Southwest Georgia Academy Friday night.
