This sugar-filled fantasy offers interactive environments, photo opportunities and sweet treats in every room.
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — Everybody needs a “little sweet treat” now and again.
Lucky for people in the Valley, Scottsdale Fashion Square is now home to an 11,000 foot sugar-filled fantasy come to life.
“Candytopia,” a multisensory experience for the whole family, opened its doors in Scottsdale on July 26. Visitors can enjoy a one-hour look at art installations made entirely out of candy, “flying unicorn pigs,” a marshmallow pit and more, each day from Wednesday through Sunday for less than $20.
There are photo opportunities, interactive displays and treats in every room. Co-founder of Candytopia Jackie Sorkin has taken her candy art around the globe and tells 12News there are many sweet secrets for Valley visitors to uncover.
“We’ve got 11,000 square feet of fun,” Sorkin said. “It’s really a place to just let your imagination run free, get super creative, and have fun.”
