Annual “A Night of Fashion” slated for Thursday

The Gainesville Woman’s Club will host “A Night of Fashion” to benefit the Child Advocacy Center (CAC) on Thursday, April 3.

The doors will open at 5:30 p.m. and the program will start at 6:00 p.m. at the Gainesville Woman’s Club, located at 2809 W. University Ave. in Gainesville.

This year’s event celebrates 20 years of CAC President and CEO Sherry Kitchens leading the charge in helping children heal from trauma caused by abuse, neglect and human trafficking. The CAC works with a multi-disciplinary team—including law enforcement, medical professionals, and therapists—to provide advocacy, forensic interviews, therapy, and emergency response services in a safe, child-friendly environment.
