Live from New York, it’s…well, it’s Sunday night, but it’s still SNL. That is, it’s the 50th anniversary special of the sketch comedy show, and with it comes a three-hour event live from 30 Rock this evening. Expect some great comedy, some great music, and, of course, some great fits.
This evening, former and current Saturday Night Live hosts, writers, cast members, and musical guests are showing up to honor the iconic show—and they’re showing up in style. From what we’re seeing on the red carpet so far, we can only assume that the official dress code for the evening is black tie, and the stars below nailed it. From classic, neatly-tailored tuxedos to intricate sequined gowns, the best fits of the night are anything but laughable, actually.
We may not know every surprise that SNL is going to pull out for us over the course of the evening, but our hopes are high, and if anything, even higher now that the arrivals are bringing some damn good style with them.
