Copenhagen Fashion Week AW 2025 is officially over and while this was my fourth time attending, it never gets old. Between the runways and the street style, the laid-back yet cutting-edge style of the city is apparent throughout the week. Year after year, attendance from around the world has grown making the street style some of the best in the world. CPHFW is also the best time to experiment with your style because one of the key elements of street style there – and Scandinavian fashion in general – is pops of color and fun, effortless blending of relaxed silhouettes, practical pieces, and understated elegance. There is a commitment to being comfortable without sacrificing personal style, particularly when it comes to shoe choice (Scandi style is famous for pairing a sneaker with practically anything, like a formal dress or tailored suit).

With that in mind, this week I prioritized comfort when I put my looks together. Throughout the week I wore the Danish shoe brand ECCO with every single outfit. What makes the brand great is the attention to detail and innovation in technology and the fashion industry. They have had quite a few collaborations and guest artists work on their shoes and they even recently went viral when a photo of fashion icon Chloe Sevigny wearing a pair of the Natacha Ramsay-Levi for ECCO shoes was posted on Instagram.

Another long-term partnership is RAL7000STUDIO, an Italian studio collective of designers primarily focused on shoe design. During CPHFW the two teams showcased their second collection together, which makes sense for ECCO to go back to their origins as a Danish shoemaker. I spoke with the designers from RAL7000STUDIO about where their inspiration for this new collection came from and they said they tried to come up with a merging world between ECCO and RAL by mixing utility, street style, comfort, family values, and the outdoors.

Ahead here’s how I styled the super comfortable ECCO shoes with all of my looks during Copenhagen Fashion Week.
