Focal Point | Seaside fashion begins to evolve – Santa Cruz Sentinel

Stop by the Capitola Historical Museum March 22 for the official opening celebration for the 2025 exhibition, “The Naughty Surf, Fashion Turning Points in Capitola 1860s-1960s.” There will be a presentation on the history of women’s seaside fashions in the Capitola City Council Chambers (420 Capitola Ave.) 11:00 a.m. to noon. The admission-free Capitola Historical Museum, located at 410 Capitola Ave., will be open every Friday through Sunday from noon until 4 p.m. through the end of the year.
