Fayetteville students shine in Black History Month fashion event

The Agee Lierly Life Preparation Services (ALLPS) School of Innovation wrapped up its month-long Black History Month celebration on Thursday with a fashion show.Students of all ages in the Fayetteville School District took part in the event, as did staff members.Many wore outfits from local designers.Organizers said they wanted to give the kids a chance to shine and show off their creativity.40/29 Sunrise Anchor Phil Reed emceed the event.
