Too much smoking can lead to lung, mouth, and throat cancer. Being around second-hand smoke can increase your risk of lung cancer. Also, chewing tobacco is associated with cancer of the mouth, throat and pancreas. One should avoid tobacco as it is an effective way to prevent the development of cancer.

2. Healthy Diet

Incorporating healthy foods into your diet such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and cereals is extremely beneficial for the body as they nourish the body with vital nutrients that help in fighting off chronic diseases including heart diseases and cancer.

To do so, stay out of the sun between 10 AM to 4 PM and if going out, always wear sunscreen. Wearing clothes that cover as much as the skin can also be effective.
